Modification description: This mod lets you select and display the flags of members before their username, everywhere the name is colored by his group affiliation.
Including in the administration panel (ACP), moderation panel (MCP) the user panel (UCP) and the privates messages.
One member already registered is redirected to the profile page to choose its flag if it has not already. Compatibility safe mode on
